What's your cancellation & rescheduling policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
What happens if I no-show?
If you don't show up for your appointment without prior notice, you'll be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking another appointment. I do offer a 15-minute grace period — if you're running behind, just send a quick text or call so we can figure out the best plan for your appointment.
Do I need a consult before getting extensions?
I recommend it, especially if it's your first time. You can book a consult directly on my booking page, or send an inquiry through the contact form and I'll help you figure out the right next step.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — extensions and larger color services can be split into payments through Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay at checkout on my booking page.
Where do I park, and how do I find your suite?
I'm located inside Bella Salon & Spa at 3160 E Kiehl Ave, Sherwood, AR 72120. Once you're inside the building, look for the Wally World Beauty suite — I'll send exact directions in your booking confirmation.
