How booking, deposits, and appointments work at Wally World Beauty.

These terms apply to wallyworldbeauty.com and to services booked with Wally World Beauty, an independent hairstylist suite operated by Wally inside Bella Salon & Spa in Sherwood, Arkansas. Booking an appointment means you agree to what is below.
About this website
This site is here to show my work and explain my services. Prices, services, and availability can change, and the site may occasionally be out of date. Nothing here is a binding quote — your final total is confirmed at booking and at your appointment.
Booking and payment happen on my GlossGenius booking page, which operates under its own terms of service.
Appointments
Appointments are booked online. I recommend starting with a consultation for extensions, especially the first time, so we can talk through length, fullness, color matching, and the condition of your hair before anything is ordered.
Deposits and payment
Extension installs
Every extension install is split into two parts: a non-refundable investment and a day-of-install payment. The investment reserves your appointment and pays for your hair, which is ordered and color matched specifically for you. Because that hair cannot be returned or reused, the investment is non-refundable, including if you cancel, reschedule outside the policy below, or decide not to go ahead.
Color and smoothing services
Color and smoothing treatment prices do not include product. Product is measured based on your hair’s length and density and added to your service total at your appointment.
Payment plans
Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay are available at checkout on the booking page. Those are agreements between you and that company, with their own terms, approval, and fees. I am not a party to them.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge.
- Cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment results in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
- Not showing up without notice results in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.
- Any outstanding fee must be paid before you can book again.
- There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are running behind, call or text me so we can figure out the best plan for your appointment. Arriving later than that may mean your service is shortened or rescheduled.
These policies are what make a one-person suite work — a late cancellation is usually an hours-long slot I cannot fill.
Services and results
Hair is not identical from person to person. Your results depend on your hair’s history, condition, texture, and how you care for it afterward. I will always tell you honestly what I think is achievable in one appointment, and I may decline or adjust a service if I believe it would damage the integrity of your hair. No specific result is guaranteed.
Aftercare matters, particularly with extensions. Following the care and move-up schedule we discuss is your responsibility, and extensions that are not maintained on schedule can cause matting, tension, or breakage.
Photos and site content
The photographs, text, and design on this website belong to Wally World Beauty and may not be copied or reused without permission.
I often photograph my work for my portfolio and social media. If you would rather not be photographed, just tell me — that is completely fine and it will not affect your service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, Wally World Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services provided. Please tell me about any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or prior chemical services before your appointment, including anything done at home or by another stylist — this is the single most important thing you can do to keep your service safe.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
