What this website collects, why, and who it is shared with.

Wally World Beauty is an independent hairstylist suite operated by Wally inside Bella Salon & Spa in Sherwood, Arkansas. This policy explains what information is collected through wallyworldbeauty.com and how it is handled. I keep this simple on purpose: I am a one-person business, and I collect as little as possible.
Information you give me
The extension inquiry form
If you fill out the contact form on the home page, you send me your first and last name, email address, and optionally your phone number, along with what you are hoping for and anything you write about your hair. That information is used for one thing: to reply to you and talk through your service. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not used for advertising.
Booking an appointment
Booking does not happen on this website. The “Book now” buttons take you to my booking page on GlossGenius, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there — including payment details — goes to GlossGenius, not to this website. I never see or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one collects a small amount of technical information when you visit:
- Advertising measurement. This site uses Google Ads tags and cookies so I can tell whether someone who clicked one of my ads went on to book. That tells Google things like your device and browser type, which pages you viewed, and whether you clicked through to the booking page.
- Basic server logs. The site is hosted by Netlify, which records standard request information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not have accounts, logins, or shopping carts, and nothing you do here is tied to a profile I keep about you.
How the information is used
- To answer your inquiry and provide hair services.
- To measure whether my advertising is working.
- To keep the website functioning and secure.
What I do not do
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. I do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, who handle it on my behalf, or where I am required to by law.
Service providers
These companies process information in the course of running my business:
- Netlify — hosts the website and delivers contact form submissions to me.
- Google — advertising and conversion measurement.
- GlossGenius — booking, scheduling, and payment processing.
- Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay — payment plans, if you choose one at checkout. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and your agreement for a payment plan is with them, not with me.
Your choices
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them.
- You can manage how Google personalizes ads at myadcenter.google.com.
- If you have sent me an inquiry and would like me to delete it, email or text me and I will.
Children
This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children. Minors are welcome as clients with a parent or guardian present, but the booking and contact details should come from the adult.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
